In 2022, Parisian artist Daman managed to impress with his solo debut 'Life', and now he presents 'Mood Of Solidarity', an EP filled with duets.

For opening track ‘Place Of Freedom’, Daman joined forces with reggae legend Michael Rose, but it’s arguably not the strongest cut on ‘Mood Of Solidarity’.
Joe Yorke delivers his usual top-tier performance on ‘Fighting For Justice’, while Daman teams up with Marina P for the standout ‘More Books’, a warm call to improve the average level of literacy.
In ‘Cariño’, there’s no second voice, but instead, the saxophone of Eric ‘Rico’ Gaultier, a familiar presence from ‘Life’.
The real gem on ‘Mood Of Solidarity’, however, is ‘No Competition’, a duet with Sara Lugo that could easily be mistaken for a Taxi-era production by Sly & Robbie.
As a bonus, the EP wraps up with two dub versions: one for ‘Fighting For Justice’ and another for ‘No Competition’. A perfectly balanced and satisfying interlude!
